The Transactor was a popular magazine for the old 8-bit Commodore computers, which was renowned for its overall high quality and the unusually deep technical level of its articles. It was published in Canada from 1978 to 1989. The issues are presented in the form of PDF files built from scanned images.

Bobby Allen Hodge (born c. 1944), better known as Catfish Hodge is an American blues musician. Hodge was born and grew up in Detroit, Michigan. His parents were from rural Kentucky and exposed him to blues, country, and gospel music. Catfish Hodge formed the Catfish Band, in which he sang and played guitar. The band performed in the 1960s Detroit Rock scene, opening up for Bob Seger, Black Sabbath, Ted Nugent, and played the Fillmore East
