Tu-Plang (ตู้เพลง Thai for Jukebox) (1996) was the first album released by Australian rock band Regurgitator after making two EPs. The band chose to record the album in Bangkok, Thailand, to the quandary of its label, Warner Music, which was uncertain as to what terms A&R executive Michael Parisi had contracted.
Following the success of their first two EPs, the band made an unusual move by travelling to Thailand to record their first full-length album. Made on a comparatively small budget at a famed pop studio in Bangkok, Tu-Plang (ตู้เพลง; Thai for 'Jukebox'), largely featured a mixture of rock and hip hop, which was particularly evident on its third single release "Kong Foo Sing". Regurgitator created and participated in the Band in a Bubble project in 2004, a new reality TV-inspired media stunt sponsored and broadcast by Australian music channel, Channel V. The band entered a small glass recording studio, built in Federation Square in the centre of Melbourne, to record their new album.

Regurgitator's Tu-Plang. is an utterly misbegotten funk-rap-metal fusion which, much as the band's name implies, offers merely another rehash of the usual genre fare. The group's songs strive to tackle the big issues - domestic violence, gangsta rap, global economics - but instead of offering insight or even wit, they crumble into cliches and crude posturing; "G7 Dick Does the Electro Boogie" finds an allegory for the GATT agreement in a slew of anal rape euphemisms, while "Pop Porn" goes so overboard in attacking rap misogyny that.
